THOMAS P. VENTULETT
Chairman, President, and Founder
Mr. Ventulett possesses over 16 years experience in the wireless
telecommunications industry, specializing in project management and
development. The first half of his career was focused on wireless network
design and infrastructure, with the second half of his career focused on
specific applications for manipulation of mobile data through networks and
more specifically mobile location data. Recognizing the requirement for
high-level and specialized advisory services in the telecommunications
industry, Mr. Ventulett founded The Ventulett Group in 1997. He was
president of this consulting business until December of 1999 when, in order
to focus efforts on Airo, he turned over control to senior management. Mr.
Ventulett has worked with and maintained relationships with carriers in 45
states and throughout Canada developing network infrastructure for paging,
cellular, SMR, iDEN and PCS technologies.
Mr. Ventulett began his career in network planning and infrastructure.
In 1992 he formed Tower Innovations, Inc. and later sold the company to ROHN,
where he assumed the role of Senior Manager, Product Development. During
his career with ROHN, he managed new product development and established
the company's fastest divisional growth in its 40 year history. During his
tenure at ROHN, Mr. Ventulett was a member of GTE Mobilenet's audit committee,
which later was awarded Best Worldwide Product Innovation by GTE
Worldwide. His clients have included MobileComm, BellSouth Mobility,
Ameritech, GTE Mobilenet, Airtouch Cellular, Bell Atlantic, LA Cellular,
AT&T Wireless, Houston Cellular, Nextel, Sprint PCS, Aerial Communications,
Clearnet Communications, Pinnacle Tower, and AT&T Local Services. Prior to
forming The Ventulett Group, Mr. Ventulett was the Managing Director of
Deployment for Clearnet Communications in Canada, one of only four nationwide
PCS networks in North America at the time. During this period, his
responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, staffing, scheduling and
management. The project grew from a staff of four to over 100 in fourteen
months and successfully launched a nationwide network six months ahead of
schedule. Mr. Ventulett is a graduate of the University of Georgia and he
holds a BA in Economics.

TRAVIS H. BOND
Chief Operating Officer, Director of Marketing
Joining Airo in November, 2007, Mr. Bond brings over 15 years of
experience working with BellSouth, AT&T and other telecommunication firms
with acquisition and retention campaigns and customer service initiatives.
During his time with AT&T, large business and wholesale customer acquisition
initiatives realized a 137% increase, far exceeding target goals.
Mr. Bond co-developed Merge9i, a workforce management platform designed
to achieve operational excellence and drive earnings to the bottom line.
This Online platform is a single access point for the entire organization
to view operating regions, business segments, departments and even
individuals. A clear line-of-site into the financial and operational
impact of each employee enables managers throughout the organization to
more effectively utilize their resources. Corporate earnings are improved
by redirecting those dollars spent on operational failures. This platform
is now being utilized by many Fortune 500 companies to better manage their
employees.
Previously, Mr. Bond successfully integrated the merger and acquisition
of four separate companies into a single unified holding company.
Streamlining various vendor supply chains and leveraging increased
buying power, the resulting EPS increased 76%. This new company later
dominated its market and enjoyed years of success.
Mr. Bond holds a Masters of Business Administration with a joint
concentration in Finance and Marketing from Georgia State University.
Additionally, Mr. Bond earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree
with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia.

DAVID PETCHEY
Chief Technology Officer
David Petchey has over 26 years of experience as a programmer and software
project leader covering a wide range of disciplines from writing low level
device drivers to complex enterprise applications. He has designed,
implemented, debugged, and shipped numerous products and is highly regarded
in the development community. Mr. Petchey joined Airo from Planet 9 Studios
where he served as a founder and CTO. There he was involved in the
development of several products involving the use 3D virtual cities and
Geographic Information Systems. He developed the eScene Integrated
Battlespace Combat Situational Awareness Software which is a 3D Blue Force
Tracking system used for Boeing & the US Army. The system involved development
of several low level networking technologies from IP based networks,
GSM/GPRS systems and Ultra wide band radios. Additionally he developed Sage
for ARPA, a 3D game interface to complex databases used by the intelligence
community. Also an in embedded 3D in car navigation interface for Clarion,
featuring buildings over 2D maps. Prior to Planet 9 Mr. Petchey served as
Senior Software Engineer at Sightspeed his experience with DShow, DirectX and
ActiveX took Sightspeed's high performance video conferencing and network
streaming layer, and built it into a DirectX optimized ActiveX control. As
CTO and Co-Founder of Eyebrowser, he designed and implemented an XML-based 3D
media player capable of processing XHTML, Flash, and SMIL. Designed primarily
for set-top boxes, the browser runs on Windows, XBox, PSII, and Linux based
systems. Mr Petchey also served as co-Founder and CTO of ART&D, where he
exploited his expertise in Windows gaming technologies such as DirectX that
focused on the conversion of DOS and Playstation games to Windows 95
including notable projects such as Interplay's Descent I & II and
Entertainment's Mortal Kombat III.

BRIAN TROXELL
Director of Engineering
Mr. Troxell has over 17 years of experience in the software development
field. In his last position, at Premiere Technologies, he managed a team of
four developers responsible for their Orchestrate! unified messaging product.
This product combined voice mail, fax, and email into a combined web-based
telephony product.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at AudioFax, eventually holding the
title of Lead Software Developer. While at AudioFax, he designed, developed,
and worked on patented technology that used a hardware router to connect
fax machines to a central store-and-forward server. This server/router
combination would allow users to have enhanced fax capabilities integrated
into their regular fax machines at a small cost. He is named as an inventor
on one of the main AudioFax patents. He also has a solid software consulting
background, having completed several small software contracts in between
his two long-term engagements. In 2004, Mr. Troxell was involved in a media
tour to tout Coca-Cola's Unexpected Summer promotion, which featured
GPS-enabled cell phones disguised as in-package Coke cans. His tour included
appearances
on NBC's Today Show, CNN Headline News, CNN International, and
several local news shows, as well as many interviews for print and radio.
Mr. Troxell is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in
Information and Computer Science.

CHIP HICKS
Vice President of Strategic Development
Chip Hicks has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development,
and product management of hardware and software products and services.
As Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for Airo
Wireless, a provider of mobile cellular products for voice, data, and
Location Based Services (LBS), Chip’s responsibilities include the
development of the ruggedized cellular GPS handset, Gateway Router, and
Telematics firmware. Chip is involved in other critical corporate
activities, including securing funding, negotiating agreements, preparing
patent applications and marketing.
Prior to joining Airo Wireless, he spent 14 years with JDS Uniphase
(f/k/a Acterna,TTC), a large telecommunications test and measurement
hardware and software company, providing solutions to carriers, OEMs,
and enterprise customers. Chip is recognized for his ability to manage
complex sales processes and communicate value propositions to all levels
of an organization. During his extensive career, he has been directly
responsible for driving over $50 million in new business.
Chip has a Masters in Business Administration from the Goizueta
Business School at Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

JEOFFREY MOORE
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Moore has enjoyed a successful career of more than 16 years of business
development, marketing, sales channel development, account management and
contract negotiations in the telecommunications, professional consultancy
services federal government contracting arenas. Mr. Moore's business
development and sales channel development and marketing success includes
developing global sales programs and marketing strategies for entering new
territories and niche markets with specialty products and services.
Mr. Moore current responsibilities include establishing Airo's sales and
distribution channels, market operations, alliance relationships with third
party monitoring service and telematics application vendors. He is currently
engaged with the Wireless carriers; Cingular, Orange (UK, France, Spain and
Poland), Telstra (Australia), Telefonica (Mexico) and representatives of
the Mexican Government and Special Police Agencies to secure additional
contracts and purchase orders for the Airo AVVIO110. Additionally, Jeoff
manages development of marketing collateral materials, customer presentations
and proposal packages.
Jeoff's telecommunications industry experience includes PSC – Cellular,
fixed wireless and DSL network deployments for clients such as AT&T Wireless,
Ariel Communications, AllTel Communications, Clearnet Communications, PCS
PrimeCo, Airgate/Sprint, Bellsouth/Cingular, VoiceStream, Verizon Wireless,
Hargray Wireless, Nextel, Bechtel International, General Dynamics, American
Tower, Crown Castle International, WinStar Wireless and Eziaz, Inc.
Among Mr. Moore's successes includes acquisition and management of the
Sentinel Offender Services contract to develop and deploy the first
active-monitoring GPS/Cellular solution for real-time offender tracking
and monitoring. Acquiring the Coach USA contract to deploy their On-board
Emergency Contact and Tracking solution in compliance with a Federal
Transportation Security Administration contract; this solution provided
Coach USA with active GPS tracking, dispatch monitoring and emergency call
center management of emergency events for their fleet of 1,500 vehicles.
Additional successes include the acquisition of the Clearnet Communication's
national PCS network deployment contract valued at more than $16 million. The
contract provided for development of a desktop software tool that aided the
engineering staff to remotely plan the network, which facilitated deployment
six months ahead of schedule.
Mr. Moore attended Shippensburg University, PA where he majored in
Business Administration.

MARY ELIZABETH GORMAN
Director of Program Management/Marketing
Beth Gorman has over 20 years of diversified business experience with specific
emphasis in systems implementation and project management in multiple
industries. Industries include Wireless Telecommunications, Commercial Real
Estate, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing.
Ms. Gorman has over 10 years in the telecommunications industry and has been
employed by numerous carriers as well as Project Management firms to build
out wireless networks in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining
Airo Wireless, Ms. Gorman was the Director of Real Estate acquisitions in
the southeast for Yipes Communications, a provider of gigabit Ethernet
services. She coordinated critical right of way grants and regulatory
issues necessary for the network deployment. Ms. Gorman served as a
Senior Project Manager for D. Garvey Corporation where she managed network
deployments for Western Wireless in Seattle, AT&T Wireless in Atlanta,
Clearnet PCS in 4 cities across Canada. Ms. Gorman's extensive experience
in wireless network functional infrastructure including control channel
management and network integration provides critical insight to Airo's global
message management center. Prior to joining Airo, Ms. Gorman managed all
financial controls under projects contracted to The Ventulett Group from
Pinnacle Tower across the Southeast and AT&T Local Services in the
Baltimore/Washington metropolitan region.
Ms. Gorman has a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Georgia
State University.

JONATHAN VENTULETT
Director of Government and Military Relations
Jonathan Ventulett's career has spanned several industries in operational
review, investment management and client relations. Mr. Ventulett began his
career in 1994 and managed a privately held mutual fund for eight years,
namely the Geneva Group. Under his direct management the fund had an
annualized return of over 21% for the eight years of this tenure. Following
the closing of the fund in 2002, Jonathan came to work at Airo Wireless,
and is the brother of Thomas Ventulett. At the time the company held a
significant ownership interest in several companies in the industry,
primarily Benefon Oyj of Salo Finland. Mr. Ventulett managed these assets
and began instituting a program for improving ROI with global clients. Since
that time he has migrated to managing key corporate and government clients
such as Coach USA, Boeing and the US Army. During his tenure he has
supervised deployments of systems internationally and on six Army bases
around the U.S. His management of the U.S. Army projects has lead to a
significant refinement and advancement of company intellectual property by
bringing in house the necessity for mission critical data communications
necessary to meet the high operational standards of organizations such as
the 101st Airborne. Under his direction, the proceeds from government and
military sales and support have tripled over the past three years, and are
expected to sustain that pattern for the foreseeable future.
