Airo Wireless, Inc. today announced that the A25 rugged handset is scheduled
for commercial delivery beginning in January, 2008.
As a leading provider of GPS-enabled wireless devices and mobile workforce
automation solutions, Airo Wireless is delivering the A25 with Quad-band
GSM/GPRS/EDGE + Integrated GPS, Windows Mobile® 6 and many other highly
desirable form factors to customers around the Globe.
The A25 has passed global regulatory certifications (PTCRB, FCC, UL, IC,
CE, and GCF) and has undergone significant field trials. The A25
ruggedized handsets will enable a variety of voice, enterprise and
location data applications designed to address the real-time communications
requirements of mobile workforces and field personnel.
